Bookshelf: Tuesdays With Morrie

Six months in and I’ve finally read my first book of year! Growing up I was a book worm, I always had my head in a book but over the years I haven’t read as much as I wish I had but I’m back on it with my reading!

I love reading biographies and books that will teach me lessons so, this book was a prefect way to start off my reading list – Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom.

I don’t want to give too much away but this book is really easy to follow and a good read – I personally couldn’t put it down and finished it within a few days.

It’s about a teacher student relationship which continues sixteen years later, with more life lessons.

It’s not preachy in any way, it’s written in a story format from real life situations. I learnt loads from this book and it made me apply the lessons and thoughts to my own life.

I really recommend this book to anyone regardless of your age as the lessons and stories being portrayed will mean different things to you depending on where you are in your own personal life journey.
