Favourite Beauty Product

Since Maxfactor changed their Masterpiece Max mascara I’ve really struggled to find a good daily mascara that I find quick and easy to use and apply. I’m really fussy when it comes to mascara, I need the brush to be really thin, I just can’t work with a thick brush as I get the formula everywhere and it’s not a pretty look! I’ve been testing out the Benefit They’re Real Mascara and am actually really impressed. The brush is really nice and easy to use, leaving the lashes looking long and dark really making my eyes pop!

Favourite Snack

I’m really late to the Goji Berry party but I wanted to try them as an alternative to regular tea and it does a really good job of being satisfying plus you get to eat the berries as a snack too or sprinkled on porridge. These berries have great health benefits, they are high in vitamin C and fibre as well as being a good source of vitamin A and iron. It is believed that goji berries could help people who suffer with low blood sugar and help with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes.

Favourite YouTuber

I’m late to this party too but I’ve recently got into watching Superwoman on YouTube. I’ve known about her for ages but never really got in to watching her but thought I’d just give it a go and have binged watched about 10 videos today. She has a great sense of humor and is really humble and grateful for her success.

Favourite Spice

I’ve always loved cinnamon and today it was my favourite thing to have sprinkled on my porridge – it’s the little things in life hey! Cinnamon has loads of health benefits like managing diabetes, lowering bad cholesterol and I’ve also read recently that it can help with anxiety. I love having cinnamon in porridge, smoothies and in tea, oh and it tastes amazing in apple crumble!
