Daily Favourites: Fab Friday

Favourite YouTubers

I’ve been listening to Lewis Howes podcasts for quite a while and I love watching his interviews on his YouTube channel The School of Greatness. I just loved this one with Film Maker and YouTuber Casey Neistat – I just think he’s so relevant right now. I find him so creative and inspiring, even if at first he comes across a bit OTT, he is definitely adding to the way we watch content. I started my day watching this and it really set me up for wanting to work hard and make achievements.

Favourite Cleanser

As you may know from some of my previous blogs, I have acne prone skin and I was recently on the search for a cleanser that would take away the daily grime and make up off my face at the end of the day without irritating my skin. I’ve never used a balm before but I love this one from a brand called Balance Me. It’s super gentle even though it feels like it has sand type grains in it, it does a great job removing makeup whilst leaving my skin feeling moisturised and it smells lovely. What I like about this balm and brand is that they use natural ingredients and my skin can actually tell. In the two months I’ve been using this product I can definitely say I can see and feel a positive difference in my skin.

Favourite Supplement

Ok so this isn’t my favourite in an exciting way but it’s my favourite supplement to take because I can see a difference in my health when I take it. I was prescribed iron tablets from the doctor (the little red ones) but they never sit well with me, they make me feel sick when I take them. So I found this liquid iron to take by Floradix and it works wonders. When I’m constantly tired and have dark circles under my eyes I know my iron levels are low but within a week of taking this form of iron I really notice a difference especially with the dark circles. And surprisingly it doesn’t taste too bad.

Favourite Hand Cream

I was lucky enough to receive this Elizabeth Arden gift set for Christmas and I absolutely love everything in it, especially the eight hour hand cream. I know it’s not the most natural product to use but it’s so nourishing and keeps my hands nice and moisturised until I wash my hands.
